Nice Italian restaurant

There is a very nice and friendly Italian restaurant in the 16eme arrondissement, near Trocadero.

It is Ozio, where you can get a good pasta, pizza, meat or fish plate, at a reasonable prize. What we most like about this place is the friendliness of the staff, and the fact that they have continuous service on Saturday and Sunday. They offer a "brunch", which is really a main plate, which you can always accompany with a hot beverage, juice, etc.

In TripAdvisor most reviews are very positive (excellent or very good).

En 2007, l’Equateur, dont les ressources économiques dépendent du pétrole, annonce qu’il est prêt à renoncer à l’exploitation de ses gisements les plus importants : ceux du YASUNI, un parc qui abrite une richesse et une biodiversité exceptionnelle, classé par l’Unesco réserve mondiale de la biosphère. En contrepartie, le pays demande une compensation financière au titre de sa contribution à la lutte contre le réchauffement climatique. Il propose un marché où Nord et Sud seraient gagnants : donner les moyens à ce pays pauvre de préserver son capital naturel et de mettre en place un modèle de développement durable.

Dos aspectos negativos de vivir en Paris son:

1) si se obtiene un departamento por una agencia, uno (el inquilino) tiene que pagar una comisión, que generalmente es igual o mayor a un mes de arriendo.

2) si se obtiene un departamento amoblado, generalmente el contrato es por corto plazo (máximo un año).

Se puede también arrendar directamente de particulares (en algunos casos sin comisión).
